How much does events space hire cost?
Our events space hire starts from £595 for Shell Hire. The Essentials Package starts at £949 and includes premium flooring, lighting, heating, and a Halo Screen. Bespoke packages are tailored to your requirements. All prices include professional setup and pack-down.
What types of events do you cater for?
We cater for a wide range of occasions including weddings, Nikkah ceremonies, Mehndi nights, Qawalis, birthday parties, anniversaries, corporate events, product launches, Christmas parties, conferences, and more, across West Yorkshire and the UK.
What's included in the Essentials Package?
The Essentials Package at £949 includes the full events space structure, premium flooring, internal lighting, heating, a Halo Screen digital welcome board, projector and AV options, round tables, standard seating, and full power setup handled by our team.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance, particularly for weekends and peak seasons like summer and the festive period. Last-minute bookings are taken when availability allows, so get in touch as soon as possible to check your date.
What areas do you cover?
Pipeline Events is based in West Yorkshire and primarily serves Bradford, Leeds, Huddersfield, Halifax, Wakefield, and surrounding areas. We also cover events across the wider North of England and the rest of the UK. Contact us to check availability for your location.

Yes, every Bespoke package is designed around your vision. From colour palettes and lighting moods to table layouts, floral arrangements, and custom welcome installations, everything is tailored to your preferences during the planning process.
Is the events space suitable for outdoor locations?
Yes. Our 6×8m inflatable events space is a portable structure that can be installed in gardens, fields, car parks, and outdoor spaces. Our team conducts a site assessment to ensure safe, stable installation on any ground type.
