Questions people ask before booking

What if it rains or it's cold?

The Suite is fully enclosed, so rain isn't a problem. We can add heating, so it works in winter too. If conditions are ever unsafe, like very high winds, we'll talk to you early about options.

What do you need from me?

A flat area of at least 6×8m, access for our van, and a few standard plug sockets nearby. Send us a photo of the space and we'll confirm it works.

How do I book?

Send the quote form. Once you're happy with the quote, a 50% booking fee locks your date. The rest is due 14 days before the event.

How far do you travel?

We're based in West Yorkshire and cover the whole UK. Travel is included in your quote, so put your postcode in the form.
